Top 5 First Person Games Performance in Egypt: Q2 2022

In Q2 2022, the top five first-person games in Egypt on a unified platform revealed interesting trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Call of Duty®: Mobile exhibited a steady weekly revenue, peaking at around $8K in early May before a gradual decline to approximately $4.1K by the end of June. Weekly downloads for the game fluctuated, reaching a high of about 9K in early April and closing the quarter at roughly 8.6K. Active users saw a slight decline from around 138K in late March to approximately 124K by the end of June.

Minecraft maintained a consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $1.1K in early May. The game’s weekly downloads remained relatively stable, averaging around 160. Active users showed an upward trend, increasing from approximately 12K in late March to around 16.6K by the end of June.

Cooking Madness-Kitchen Frenzy experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at around $929 in late March and decreasing to approximately $644 by the end of June. Weekly downloads saw a significant drop from around 69K in early April to about 27.5K by the end of June. However, the game’s active users remained robust, peaking at around 493K in mid-May before closing the quarter at approximately 456K.

Sniper 3D: Gun Shooting Games observed a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting at $771 in early April and ending at around $758 by the end of June. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at around 52K in mid-April and closing the quarter at approximately 29K. Active users displayed a slight decline from around 491K in early April to approximately 397K by the end of June.

Fishing Clash: Sport Simulator experienced a decline in weekly revenue, starting at $693 in late March and dropping to around $238 by the end of June. Weekly downloads showed a peak of around 8.2K in mid-June, while active users decreased from approximately 31K in late March to around 22.4K by the end of June.
